- Pre-Diagnostic Cancellation: A full refund is available only if the request is submitted prior to the client providing medical records or patient data for analysis.
- Commencement of Analysis: Once our strategists have begun the review of patient history and the diagnostic recording process has initiated, the professional fee is non-retractable.
- Rescheduling: We permit a one-time deferral of a diagnostic window to a future date or a different patient, provided notice is received at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery.

- Systemic Support: Should a technical barrier prevent the utilization of a management toolkit or the viewing of a masterclass, our support team will restore functionality or provide an alternative secure delivery method within 12 business hours.
- Clinical Accuracy: In the rare event of a material factual error within a bio-metric protocol or legal template, our “Clinical Forge” will issue a corrected and updated version as a priority. These updates ensure the longevity of your care plan and do not constitute grounds for a transaction reversal.
